My favorite piano song
It's Frühlingsrauschen (Rustle of Spring), by Christian Sinding. Here's a video of it (not the best version, but it's decent): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WlHTWvTPUD4
I think it would be a great addition to FFR classic songs, full of jumpstreams. Just a question: even if it's a classic song, we still need permission from the person who plays the version or we don't need permission at all?

Re: My favorite piano song
Feasible. We need permission from the person who plays it, unless you can play it, or someone makes a midi of it. Which I might be willing to do.
But it wouldn't be that easy to step. |

Re: My favorite piano song
There is already a midi of it, i think I have it. Pretty fast, about 210 bpm.

Hot damn upload it. Xander is right though it's gonna be a total bitch to step AND to play. Probably gonna be up there with Comme Le Vent in terms of difficulty.

Re: My favorite piano song
We need permission of the midi maker, so unless you e-mail them, we're still out of luck. and if we're asking for permission, might as well ask for a real piano piece, then sync it.

Well, you could also make the midi. Or I could. But I don't know how, yet.

That would be great. If I knew how, I would jump on the task.

I absolutely die for this song. Also enjoy anything made by Issac Shepard (His stuff is on the Music Catch flash games). |

I think both songs are awesome, but Fruhlingsrauchen's feeling is stronger, in my opinion.

Re: My favorite piano song
I do enjoy that song as well, but like, I can't even fathom being able to play the repetive notes in La Campenella. I enjoy highly difficult stuff like Circus Gallop and whatnot.

I could send the midi to someone who's interested in stepping it.

Re: My favorite piano song
So, since I don't know how to step songs yet, would anyone want to step it?

Re: My favorite piano song
Haha. This is fun to step. basically 210bpm stream for 2.5 minutes... quite a stamina drainer. not sure if I should put in jumps for the melody or not... that would make it rly difficult.
