77th overall too.

My current worst song is Vertex beta. Any tips on hitting the long one handed trills?

Well, if you're like me, it wasn't the trills themselves the problem but that transition from left-left-left-left-left to those trills. I swapped mirror to make the transition easier since I'm right handed and there's no real trick on this one, it's definitely the hardest part of the file. I suggest playing K8107 a lot until you feel more comfortable. \o

When I see one handed trills (with the exception of Tanglang from DF's engine) I think of themk as jumps but you delay the other note.

Like if it starts on 1 and goes 1 2 1 2 1 2 hit the one with the finger as if it was a jump, but slit the jump.

That's just how I approach them especially in Vertex and Air

Edit: Forgot to add nice job I think great lakes in one of the harder ones right?

Yeah great lakes is mid difficulty. I needed 110 av rank, which got easier as they released new songs.

hitting fast trills as gallops is a horrible horrible habit to have. just practice trilling speed for vertex beta
