i think crazy is ok with imbalance, if it's fun i guess? And that's a fine line that you have to tread between imbalance and fun

What do you guys think about the rules I laid out for the rival hosts?
PSA: all rules/quantities/roles/chat config/etc will be publicized before game starts. Obvi not who = what role, but that out of 14 players, there's x scum, cop, doc, what items, and how many.

If it is considered a mystery game, those factoids should not be known prior to starting. That's what a good portion of the mystery is

has a really good concept imo and DBP red-checking his partner on accident is probably the thing I laughed hardest at when I saw it happened.

TWG to the Turnabout

Order! Order! Order, I said! There seems to be a new case arriving in my courtroom today. However, the lists for Prosecution and Defense doesn't seem to be coming with it.

TWG to the Turnabout is a semi-open setup. 13 players can join this game.

All of the greatest lawyers and their witnesses were invited to take on the case of Justin Toeburn. The accused was allegedly responsible for the murder of Molly Mayor, his co-worker. Unfortunately, due to an unrelated incident in the mailroom, court summons requests for witnesses and lawyers were either lost or destroyed. Some, however, made it to their destination.

Only 5 letters made it to their destinations. 2 Attorneys (and affiliates) and 3 Prosecutors (and affiliates) received an invitation to come to court. 8 other letters did arrive, but they were to non-important witnesses. Shame.

modkill rule seems really counter productive - if someone does something TWG bannable then fucking ban them, esp with our new local mods. If you're modkilled for sharing your PM then fuck off, your banned, if you're modkilled for forgetting to meow in some post in a game w/ posting restrictions and the next game doesn't have them or the host doesn't care, then just leave it be

in my professional opinion,

if the rule about infractions is being enforced, red blaster would be permabanned for a second time from twg.

rzr the difference here is that red blaster did 2 things that actually broke twg rules, again

1) posting after mod announced end of day. there was like a 10+ minute buffer, and he should have no excuse for that

2) posting information that he received during the night, after he died. People didn't really use it, but the intent to cheat was there, again.
