I went to a friends house the other day and my god. My own internet is 8.6mbps download but .7mbps upload. His internet, for some ungodly reason, is .5mbps download but 4mbps upload. FOUR. Stupidly ridiculous. I want Google fiber. What about you? o_o

i have att&t. 6 mbps up and 512k down. it pisses me off. when my contract reaches its renewal, im dropping and switching

That speed makes me sad. I believe every house should be equipped with at least 5mbps download standard I'd like to have a higher upload speed for putting stuff on Youtube.. It's a hassle when it takes 30 minutes to upload a 3-4 minute video.
