Gave Tigger a few shots last night.
I'm pretty sure I can get past him with a bit bigger hit area.

Re: Winnie the Pooh Home Run Derby
Oh you..
..go away.. Surprisingly only took 3-4 times 'cause I realized all my foulball were me not moving behind enough and all the strikes stopped happening the moment I memorized his timing which is around 0.5~0.66 second once ball gets invisible. I'll max contact in stats to avoid derps on Owl balls from CR and I may get somewhere.. The game was relatively simple if you kept grinding stats tbh. I've spent maybe 1-5 tries max on each of them. CR is just a mix of everyone but he's still predictable to a certain point. More worried about that 40/50. Not a lot of margin. I bet he's fairly do-able if we nearly max stats. I mean I'm only like 10/10/10 and max stats are 20/20/20. It's probably making the difference. A good thing worth trying imo would be to try to get 80%+ hits on every levels before CR and come back to him after. (80% because you need 40/50 vs CR) Last edited by Hakulyte; 01-18-2013 at 01:35 PM.. |

Re: Winnie the Pooh Home Run Derby
Choked in the last 7-8 balls. I'm on to you, Christopher Robin.
Except Christopher pitches much faster than the previous 7. Last edited by U.N. Owen; 01-18-2013 at 03:08 PM.. |

Beat the game without upgrading stats

Re: Winnie the Pooh Home Run Derby
I feel like CR is rigged to make you 35~39 at best. I maxed stats and I can't break 40 so far. You could say I'm just bad but all my foulball/hit always happen on same hits and I have 13ish streaks, I had multiple runs with not a single strike too. If it's possible it's more pitch luck than anything else.. If I beat CR, I'll clear cache and try no upgrade. It's probably more luck-heavy but possible up to stage 7. CR without upgrades is pretty much impossible because you need enough power to compensate some pitch to get the target 40.
