Artist Blanket Permissions v7

There are some links that should be changed on the FFR Song List due to this.
(I mentioned a couple of them in the Song Correction thread)

Alright, so I've just updated two things in the blanket permissions post:

1) noname mentioned shorter links to reduce visual clutter to the user, so I've done that. Links are listed as link 1, link 2, etc. unless it's a "see this post" type of thing
2) smartdude mentioned the muzie.co problem, and I changed all those to muzie.ne

It turns out Spitfire has also obtained many label permissions that still need to be added. First I'll do the links for conditional/limited perimssions and fix the muzie problem if it's there again.

Edit: Just did the above two things for the Limited Conditions post.

Link for Arktisk isn't good. His name is really David Poore, but it doesn't look it's the same guy that made Hellbeat.

I just added the artists Spitfire currently has in his thread.

For Arktisk, I'll see what I can find. Some of the old artists are very obscure and don't get relevant results in a google search (such as the artist of 100 bar blackout)

Alright, so I:
- Alphabetized the label permissions list
- Shortened the links in the label permissions list
- Added Yuyoyuppe link

Edit: Also added Otherman Records and Drive-Thru Records to the label permissions list.

Does anyone know the permission status for Stephen Razza? Epilogue is in game, but Stephen Razza isn't in the permissions list anywhere and I can only find the above thread about him.

Also updated the table of contents post with the url/spoiler stuff

Stephen Razza was part of a group called Kingdom Of Giants, and that was what Epilogue was originally credited for. I think darkshark or someone on FFR has a close/known connection to that group. Permission was probably originally obtained through that group instead of that single person.

I added Make Believe Record to the label permissions list (Spitfire obtained it back in 2012) and completed genres for A-E in blanket permissions. Xiz helped with the genre stuff from A-M in blanket permissions, but I added some new artists.

There should also be a post for rejected permissions and the post should be bolded and in red text to alert people making stepfiles that they cannot step from these artists.

I already gave my permission for my music (The Sapphire Dragon), but I'm also giving permission for songs released under the name RE|INSTALLED (currently 1 track released, and on The Sapphire Dragon's account).

Reason I'm posting this is since RE|INSTALLED is a whole different thing from The Sapphire Dragon, so officially you wouldn't have permission for the song linked above without this permission. (Releasing that track on my TSD account was probably a confusing thing for anyone interested (no one is) in stepping my stuff.)

Darkshark got us the permission for it under Kingdom of Giants, since the man was a friend of his. When I asked Darkshark to see if Thirdstyle could also use the song, his friend asked at the time to have the author name changed to the now "Stephan Razza." I don't think an artist link was ever provided, considering Darkshark had posted it in a thread asking if someone wanted to try their hand at charting Epilogue.

So I just went through and updated the genres all the way through O in blanket permissions (except for the newgrounds pages because right now Newgrounds is trying to upgrade servers).

Luke Da Duke and Of Mice & Men links have been fixed, some links are still bad and I can't seem to find some links for obscure artists such as Number 23.
