@Zak: yup, yup. D1 looks fitting for you, added to OP/spreadsheet.
EDIT: And good job on the proper screenshot. :3 Last edited by reuben_tate; 03-7-2012 at 10:42 PM.. |

Re: Ben's Solord Style Tournament!
Meh, let's start this a bit early...
ROUND 1 HAS STARTED! Round 1! (Round 1 ends Saturday @ 11:59 pm server time) (Round 2 begins Saturday @ 12:01 am server time) ~~~Files can be downloaded here~~~ D1 - Brightone (Light) [Patashu] D2 - Gouin ni Mai Yeah (Standard) [Sargon] D3 - Wish [converted by Exige] D4 - High Speed Scratch Attack ft. DJ Flip Flop [Kinx] Also, please follow these rules or I will not be accepting your score: - You must have mines turned on (we might change this rule if enough people disagree) - You must have holds turned on - You must play at the default rate - You must play at J4 or higher - You may play on mirror, but none of the other "turn" mods like left, right, etc - You may not use any of the remove mods (such as little, no jumps, no hands, etc) - Basically just don't try to use any mods that would make the chart easier in terms of what you actually have to hit - Feel free to use the assist tick and metronome mods if you want - Include the server timestamp and usercard somewhere in the SS |

Re: Ben's Solord Style Tournament!
Please read the last line of the previous post, it's really important. Zak made a great example with his Camilla SS.

Re: Ben's Solord Style Tournament!
Feel free to use any speed mods. By rate, I mean the mod that changes the rate that the song actually plays at, not the scroll rate.
The songs can be downloaded from link provided in the post and the pack that it's from is in brackets next to the song name. |

Re: Ben's Solord Style Tournament!
The calculator I have at the moment calculates DP % with perfects worth the same value as marvs. In other words, a AAA with any amount of perfects would result in 100% DP. If we use this scoring system, then it will be analogous to amazings on FFR which are 'better' than perfects but don't actually affect your score as opposed to hitting a perfect instead. If enough people care about MA though, then I will try to find another calculator that weighs marvs higher than perfects.
EDIT: I'll post the DP % calculator I'm using if people are fine with it. |

Re: Ben's Solord Style Tournament!
AAA'ing the round 1 song I see doable for people in their division, but SDP is pushing it. I might have to bump you after seeing some other scores from people in D2.
