Why do people seem to think Freedom Dive needs jacks
It's pretty much the quintessential jumpstream song lol

just why

24th Century BOY V2 (LegendaryHawk)
- Good to go for both charts.
Yes

Ninur V2 (Trogdor!!!!)
Hard
- Less holds and less hands.
Expert
- Beat 182, missed a percussive jump.
- Beat 214, missed a percussive jump.
- M65+ (Beat 256+) you have the opportunity to layer synth jumps to the 4ths that you ignored. It'd make for more interesting layering in this section and would be consistent with the synth jumps you layered in the few measures prior to this.
- Beat 370 the [12] jump was randomly placed. If you are to leave this in, layer it thoroughly to the same sounds in the measures before and after so it doesn't appear to be thrown in outta nowhere for no reason.
0 Beat 427, missed a percussive jump.
- M116+ (Beat 460+) layering the percussive build up would've been a better choice than to leave this section underlayered. For a long song with not much layering variation, it starts to get really dull and dry. Your job is to entice the player and keep them interested.
- Same deal with M124+ (Beat 492+).
- Beat 539+ the layering here is inaccurate. It's straight 24ths.
- M148 (Beat 588), I would place a percussive jump here for flow and consistency.
- There's a bunch of layering quirks you could fix up but it's not too bad off. Still needs a bit of reworking.
Maybe

LIVESTREAM (Torrent)
- Oh.
No

Whore (Xayphon)
- No real commentary. Both charts are solid and great for scoring.
Yes

Minus 3 (LegendaryHawk)
Easier Charts
- Acceptable.
Expert
- Hard pain jacks. Acceptable.
Yes

Todestrieb (Yume)
- No real commentary. All three charts are excellent.
Yes

Champion Adeku (Midigami)
Medium
- Simplify more.
Hard
- M9+ (Beat 32+) not sure why you only ignored stepping the 32nd flute sounds only in this section.
- Layering is fine, just very repetitive with barely any variation. There are some grace notes you ignored but it's nothing significant. Tweak both charts.
Maybe

Acchi de Kocchi de (plopadop)
Medium
- Acceptable.
Hard
- Personally not a fan of 32nd swing but my bias aside file's kawaii as fuc. You have a real knack for song choices like these, rofl.
Yes

Excalibur (condoct)
- No real commentary. All three charts are great.
Yes

Sweet Drops (LongGone)
- No real commentary. Both charts are kawaii.
Yes

Speedcore Vibes (Trogdor!!!!)
- Good scoring practice, but I can't really see anyone enjoying this file otherwise. Patterns aren't friendly to hit at all (hidden mini-jacks in bursts etc.) and there are a lot of inconsistent layering quirks. I'll think about it but I probably won't let this one slide.
No

Harvest Dance (Anaru & hi19hi19)
- Nice FFR file. I really would've liked to see some thorough hold and possibly mine usage in both charts as there's a lot of interesting sounds going on that could be better represented than just straight notes. Medium chart could be simplified but I'll let it slide since this was a collab.
Yes

Tanglang (C1004A)
- M38+ (Beat 144)+, absolutely not. I don't care if it's technically correct or accurate, it's still incredibly stupid to hit and destroys the file flow.
- Holds can be trimmed by almost half its current length to reduce visual density and avoid awkward patterning.
- This isn't FFR. Very last note isn't even needed and serves no purpose.
- As thoroughly layered as this is, it's a bit lackluster and repetitive mostly due to song choice itself and your choice not to play around with layering variation.
- For the faster and denser bursts, the patterns aren't too friendly to hit.
- Purely based on M38 alone and the lack of easier charts (this could use more than one btw)...
No

Yellow Line (C1004A)
Medium
- Not simplified enough.
Hard
- Layering transitions are iffy.
- M17+ (Beat 64+) the holds honestly don't serve much of a purpose. I get what they go to but it's not thoroughly layered enough and frankly the usage is pointless when your patterns stay the exact same. Even more so when you completely stop layering them after M24 (Beat 92)
- I skimmed the rest of the file. Honestly for this song choice, your "attempt" at layering variation isn't enough for this—just changing patterns and jump layering isn't enough to keep this interesting for the player and frankly no one is going to sit through and play it. If you're going to step a long song, make it as interesting as humanly possible otherwise it becomes redundant to have to recycle the exact same stuff endlessly.
No

Lake Bestriel (Antronach)
Medium
- Tone down the jump usage by a lot.
Hard
- Break the long jacks down into separate mini-jacks. They're currently difficulty spikes.
Expert
- M9+ (Beat 32+) the holds don't serve much of a purpose, other than when it layers the prominent sound or whatever. Remove every other hold and shorten the lengths if you want to make this section more effective.
- Long jacks are questionable, but add a decent scoring factor I suppose. Usually for layering like this I suggest breaking it down into separate mini-jacks (2-3 notes long) to improve file flow.
- Layering is decent. Tweak the holds.
Maybe

Interrupt (Torrent)
- Hold usage was perfectly fine and actually does an effective layering job.
- No real commentary. All three charts are cool.
Yes

Healing Vision Rmx (Reshiram)
- A very moches-esque take on the song.
- No real commentary. Both charts are solid.
Yes

Glantz (Zelda-YEH)
Hard
- Acceptable
Expert
- Jump/hand layering could've been more thorough and dense but what you have now is fine.
- Some more pattern variation would've been better rather than having a straight [2][3] trill with layering on top for 7 measures, rofl.
Yes

Thunderbolt (Zelda-YEH)
Hard
- Acceptable.
Expert
- 16th layering could've been more thorough but what you have now is acceptable.
- Liked the mine usage.
Yes

Freedom Dive V2 (rparty89)
Frankly dude, step something that isn't DIAVOLO, FREEDOM DIVE or some really hard song, rofl.
Medium
- You do realize there's a ****ing difficulty gap the size of Jupiter between this difficulty and the other two charts. You need -more- charts.
Hard
- Not easy or simplified enough. All you did was remove jumps and hands and like one stream section.
No

20 files in queue.
