The higher the judge, the smaller your window is.

Judge 4 perfect = Judge 1 Marvellous

Judge 4 marvellous = Judge 7 perfect

Reason being that no one comments is because those files are old and typically no one has played them or even remembers what the files are like.

Download and play more recent files and packs and you'll get commentary.
