On a side note though, most of the people i see in D6 belong in D7 =X

Most? That's an over exaggeration. There are a few, who will be looked at again. Nothing is final at this point.

Also just going to say now, please bring division problems to PMs. Send them to TC_Halogen, he's the head of this tournament.

lol im scared. some of the ppl in division 2/3 have tier points... right now, that's just a dream for me to achieve. gotta work extra hard to keep up

Yes, but you'll need to post several times in this thread before the tournament starts, and at least once or twice after the first round starts. It's better if it's done in a less straightforward, more sarcastic/aggressive tone, accompanied by no logical argument. It would be bad to approach the staff individually in private with actual reasoning as to why you should be placed in a certain division; they are looking for those who really mean business by posting in public.

There's nothing wrong at all. D4/D5 level players simply aren't allowed to play in the official tournament this year.

I'm just waiting for everyone to get really good so that the standard expected of D6 players gets so high that I end up in D5. Not improving for long enough should work.

Or D6 just gets super massive and I stay at the bottom forever. That could happen too.

seriously guys, sit tight -- I'm doing my best. I fell behind with placements because of school + new job, and it's going to be a time-crunch.

I'll put it out there now (and I'm going to try my hardest to not let this happen): there is a chance that this tournament might not start until the 2nd. It won't be anyone else's fault but my own because I'm the only one with placements left. So, if you have any hate to direct to me, my PM box is wide open.

Hell, maybe I'll give some credits to the person who roasts me the hardest on my profile wall. Just don't get banned in the process!
