Default Massive Solar Flare

http://www.space.com/14818-solar-fla...atellites.html

http://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/su...0712-X5-4.html

Hearing that they'll reach Earth from 1 AM - 7 AM EST 3-8-2012 (which seems like right now). Hope the disruptions are not severe.

SPAAAACE!

Coronal mass ejections sound so epic. It's like the sun is just dropping massive loads all over the Earth.

Oh my, I'm right at the start of the affected time. Thankfully I'll be asleep for almost all of that time so it shouldn't matter too much, haha.

Mayan 2012: Stop at Nothing. Pyramid. Red background. Mayan God spitting fire. Poster.

None of that here, lol. Someone up north, say Canada, New England or near the Great Lakes look up at the night sky and see if it's glowing like hell.

You can expect more of these leading up to the peak time in March 2013. The sun is steadily becoming more active until that date. Hopefully even in Toronto I'll be able to snag a photo of the auroras.
