ffr is split in three

the community that needs no real maintenance other than keeping the site up and have a few moderators

the players who play a game that is hosted by someone who hasn't spoken to the community in over a year with admins leaving the site with reason.

and

the people who don't give a mongoose's ass and have already left to other forums

as you can tell by the downward traffic since 2008

Things like this actually happened multiple times in the past, but people care just because ffr crisis is a hot topic recently.
