it's kinda really important what happens to our largest trade partner

trudeau and obama are discussing lifting taxes for lumber imports from atlantic canada. if not for that, thousands would lose their jobs here as americans would favor more competitive prices rather than pay import fees.

My response wouldn't have been so hostile like 2 years ago, it doesn't help that all we hear instead of important issues are really stupid social issues that shouldn't even be big priorities like the whole bathroom thing. And also doesn't help that you have 2 of the worst candidates of all time who are equally awful, and Canada's economy isn't doing the best and neither of their actions seem promising in the slightest

It's as if you think we aren't tired of hearing the same things or have control over what popular media outlets decide to present to the masses instead of the indeed much more important issues.
