Re: Diablo 3
Don't bother.
Go ahead and run the math on gambling an ancient Krinder, that also rolls discipline. Unless you're a lottery winner, you'll be spending like a million shards. In other news though, my DH is finally geared up with the new set and it's probably as strong as my wizard already. Casual quick 40 clear earlier, can definitely go higher. The play style is sort of boring, but also kind of relaxing compared to playing wizard. Less mashing and watching cycles and just stutter stepping/kiting.

Re: Diablo 3
I'm gonna try out the Nat's set when I finally get the helm. Apparently that set is strong as hell too

Re: Diablo 3
Yeah gambling for a rare weapon on any class is extremely hard. I'd only recommend it once all of your gear is as GG as possible.

The 50% rate (i.e. 50% of players will have gotten one) for an ancient Krindershot gambled from Kadala is 390,000 shards. 80% is 627,000. But that does NOT take into account discipline rolls! It has to roll discipline to be useful, otherwise you have to reroll discipline and 90% of the time are taking a massive DPS hit. I don't know the exact probability of getting discipline, but it's probably 50% (or less) so multiply those odds again. Yeah. GL

Re: Diablo 3
Just power leveled a seasonal wizard courtesy of my brother-in-law. 0-60 in about an hour and a half. Now I need to learn how to play wizard!
I have no idea what I'm doing I'm on, if anyone wants to join. Kraezymann#1360

Re: Diablo 3
Looking forward to playing again.
Been saying they needed up to T10 and to remove trials for awhile now. Blizz delivers. The rest is just icing.

Re: Diablo 3
My girlfriend and I are playing through this on Xbox One, she's playing a Demon Hunter and I'm rocking Barbarian. We haven't even gotten through Act 1, but we're playing through on Hard and sitting comfortably just below level 20.
Enjoying this game way too much, it's actually incredibly fun to play sitting next to each other. Screw PC, this is a console staple |

Re: Diablo 3
It's super fun on consoles if you're playing casually with friends. It destroys PC in that regard. But if you're pushing the end game and being more 'competitive', PC destroys consoles

Re: Diablo 3
PTR notes are encouraging but some of the Cube recipes make me reconsider. All those new mats...
Who's ready for some fucking ~bounty farming~ YAY WOW AWESOME because that's my favorite part of the game no it isnt its fucking tedious and im not liking that change at all.

Re: Diablo 3
Doing all 5 acts of bounties will net you 8 mats of each if done properly. Since taking the legendary power from a weapon (probably the main use of the cube) only uses 1 of each mat, it's not bad at all

I've been playing the PTR. Anyone interested in playing S4 is going to have a ton of fun with it.

Will definitely be back for S4.
Couldn't bring myself to PTR, figured I would just wait for the real deal.

Re: Diablo 3
I just did it to figure out which class(es) I want to play this season. Probably not going to play too much more since I don't want to get bored of it before the season even starts
