Yogurt lovers here?

I love yogurt. My mom even makes home-made yogurt and it's got an even more sharp/tart taste. I mix her yogurt with some salt and water and drink it like milk. It's like heaven...

Yogurt is amazing. I used to drink almost a gallon of milk per day until I hit puberty, which at age 11-12 I got very bad lactose intolerance and stopped drinking milk. So now almost 15 years later I realize, hey, Yogurt-drinks are amazing, and have less lactose.

So yeah. I love yogurt. I wonder if it gives muscles? My only form of exercise is FFR.

I'm not Arch0wl but it's got a lot of protein and calcium so I don't see why it wouldn't help, so long as you started exercising.
and yogurts absolutely delicious, frozen yogurt especially. =w=
