Trips you have planned for 2015
I know a lot of us go to meetups and stuff, especially cons.
Post your destinations for next year, who knows maybe you'll find a few ffr peeps going to the same event as you~ My lineup so far. Colossalcon is the only one that isn't 100% January 23-26 National Harbor, MD (MAGFest) April 10-12 Orlando, FL (MegaCon) May 22-24 Toronto, ON (Anime North) June 4-7 Sandusky, OH (Colossalcon) October-November 30-1 Halifax, NS (Hal-Con)

Re: Trips you have planned for 2015
January 23–26, National Harbor, MD (MAGFest)
April 16–18, Toronto, ON (Graphics Canada) May 22–24, Toronto, ON (Anime North) Graphics Canada is the only one out of the bunch that I'm going out of pure interest, and alone probably (only for a day though) I went last year and basically came home with two giant bags of free swag

Re: Trips you have planned for 2015
These are very tentatively planned and some may not happen:
February 7-15: Hawaii (I have plans to go somewhere during my Reading Week, so if not there, then at least another place) March ???: Victoria (parents will be there, so I can zip over from Vancouver for a visit) May 19-21: Minnesota (math conference) May 22-24: Toronto (AN hype) June 1-4: Saskatoon (another math conference, but it's in my former home province so how much of a trip is this really) June ???: Norway (I want to see Stian + Slinningsbålet I hope this happens) August ???: Toronto (cousin's wedding) This doesn't include the time I spend visiting family in Regina (likely in April and December), and I'll be spending my entire summer semester of grad school attending conferences and getting into research mode, so other trips should pop up (ideally international aww yeah). They're all only doable because of funding. I'd also like to visit Seattle at some point too, and that could be done during a long weekend. Fucking shit I've got a busy and potentially expensive 2015 planned... oops. |

Western Alberta every other month
BC and Vancouver Island in August Going to try to get to Ontario in the summer Hope to do a Mud Hero run in Manitoba this year I'm super lucky since I get 4 day weekends and a full week off every 12 weeks, so I have a lot of free time to drive places. 'sup

Re: Trips you have planned for 2015
I so want to go to pax next year, but I'll just settle on trying to get on agdq. Maybe I'll finally get good at speedrunning. Too bad all of the games I run are either too obscure or f-zero gx.

Re: Trips you have planned for 2015
Originally from Regina and now living in Vancouver, soooo... sup. If you end up in Vancouver at all this summer during your BC travels, bigger sup.
Duuuude fuck off were you at CUMC any previous years? I went for Montréal and Ottawa (2013 & 2014) but now I'm too graduated for that shit. The planning team in Edmonton will be awesome and I wish I could go. But, if we had a missed meet-up opportunity, then yeah fuck off. While you're there hit up bmah at least...! |

I suppose just anime north. I'm not really a fan of travelling.
