Re: 10th Official FFR Tournament
I'm more than pleased, I'm glad there was only two AAA's in the first 12 hours for D6 as opposed to the five in D7. Good luck though!

Re: 10th Official FFR Tournament
Anyone else been suffering from unbelievable lag since the site maintenance? I have to restart about 8/10 tries of a song, and then when I was on for a 1 good run on the d5 file i got hit by a massive lag spike that lasted the rest of the song right near the end after the hard part and ended with 3 and a boo..probably won't beat that score again. Thanks lag, thanks a lot

Re: 10th Official FFR Tournament
I'd be happy with an FC this round. Pretty sure this is my last round.

Re: 10th Official FFR Tournament
Because only 16 of us move on to the next round and like 11-14 of us consistently drop AAA's in the low 30s. There needs to be a difficulty spike to split the AAA'ers apart.

You are absolutely right, it is definitely up my alley. The problem is, take a look at Love & Justice (level 80) and then come back here to Poison of the Earth. You, being an immense step artist, should be able to see what I mean about the difference between fluent JS and Poison's JS. They are completely different in my opinion. It's so awkward for me because I'm on the edge of my seat the entire time I'm playing it >.< I never get like that with JS. Plus the speed of this file definitely throws me off even though the BPM of the file is in my range. /hardtoexplain This is what I mean: (BPM Changes are destroying me right now) Update - Played it on Mirror. I "guess" I'm starting to understand it, but the BPM changes definitely screw me up. Last edited by krunkykai22; 10-23-2014 at 01:26 PM.. |

Re: 10th Official FFR Tournament
The very definition of getting hi19'ed, everybody. Why does this pattern have to be all over this file? The human brain can't handle it!

Re: 10th Official FFR Tournament
So that you can practice split jumptrilling. That pattern doesn't go away as files get harder, better get used to it.

Re: 10th Official FFR Tournament
I mean the serious response is that I used the pattern because it fits the structure of the file. Does that make you feel any better?

Re: 10th Official FFR Tournament
But every time I try the [13][24][13][24] pattern at such a quick tempo, my brain wants to go back to the [14][23][14][23] pattern. So many goods... SO MANY GOODS...

Re: 10th Official FFR Tournament
If D6 by chance turns into AAA or die and I get knocked out because of this shit I'm going to cry.
I have to fucking AAA this now, it's my destiny.

Re: 10th Official FFR Tournament
this D3 song is right up a lot of people's allies apparently lol. i do enjoy these types of files that you just have to critically listen to only a few instruments. lot less confusing on the ears than jazz with a bunch of different things going on at the same time. ty for giving us D3's a break this round

Re: 10th Official FFR Tournament
having huge problems with lag atm, I can do the entire thing with 2 goods if I have no lags, but the moment lag sets in I get instantly 10 goods on every section, it's so fking frustrating I lag like 80% of the time
