Bench press fail

Fuck fuck fuck this is why I want to strictly bench in the rack. Curious why the guy in the fail video didn't do the whole "roll down your chest and sit up" thing though.

I've seen a lot of fails in my life. I'll try to compile them later.

One of them though is a suicide grip bench press and a tutorial on why I never recommend anyone suicide grip heavy, since, well, the name is pretty appropriate for what happens to this guy.
