I wouldn't put a worst simfile artist for this because that, unlike worst stepfile, is considerably more hurtful to someone who is constantly submitting content.

Same with best FFR music artist. Everyone has a bad simfile, and everyone will have a song they create that isn't their best, but you can't use that little bit of bad to completely call that person bad at what they do.
