If you set an offset which is a decimal (e.g. -0.5 frames) no arrows will appear (velo engine).

EDIT: Arrows will never appear and the song will continue forever (past the end point) unless you hit boos.

A fix could probably be implemented by a warning that tells users to set only full integers.
