Play insanely stupid hard songs like Eclipse, whore Grand Gallop Chromatique, whore Molto Vivace, maybe some One Minute Waltz..
the notes don't give you time to think, and your brain will adapt to it
and voila, you'll be FCing FMOs and AAAing them too
