I want to ask some questions,

Why did some song simfiles had shown me still "NOT CHECKED" for a long time?
And I have uploaded a song. Why did it haven shown the BANNERS?(PS: I've been made up all the BANNERS in all of the songs for my posted.)
(Generally speaking, if I had been uploaded a simfile. It'll be shown the difficulty and the song BANNER at a moment.)
