Howling (James May) - File was done in one sitting, needs a lot of adjusting on my end, mainly the mines and whatnot before I can really put this in?

Hello Japan!! (Klimtkiller) - Dev/Null spotted :eyes: This file has a lot of potential to be in, I'll go through a deeper look but some of the PR stuff needs to be adjusted to better suit the flow of the file. But yeah, this file is actually pretty close to getting in I say.
