Down just feels better to me. It's the direction things move from your perspective due to gravity or when you're moving forwards, and it makes the receptors closer to my hands. Up makes me feel like I'm reaching over all the arrows to hit the receptors, or like I'm moving backwards.
When I play Up scroll, I do alright, but long with it feeling awkward, sometime I'll flip the up and down keys. It's a really weird phenomena.
