It really doesn't have to be an exercise in anger, nor does it have to be one in futility. Take the parts you're really bad at, work them out with the intent of getting better (and not with the intent of knowing you're going to fail). It could do you really well if you stay positive about it.
I mean hell, I thought that RATO was going to be horrible in Kayla's tournament being that my best was 75-x-0-1xx, but I worked it down to better than that score I got in 2010 (which I thought was simply impossible). You are a R^3 player -- use that to your advantage and isolate the trouble spots.
