I haven't completely decided yet, but I think I'm going to have everyone play songs from each difficulty to see if they can get 95% or higher on any three songs in the same difficulty; if they get 95% or higher on three songs in Difficulty 1 and three songs in Difficulty 2, then they're in Division 2. If they get 95% or higher on three songs in Difficulty 3 and three songs in Difficulty 4, then they're in Division 3.
No one's going to be placed on FFR Rank. :P
