If there is a way to discuss what content could be considered removable and what is not according to the views of players in the community, then it would be easier to agree on nice terms. Since we have no info whatsoever as of now, I'd suggest we can delimit a certain percent of total songs that can be removed, or a certain choice of songs that the community agrees on. It's the same as the music and movie industry, most content submitted from a party to another is to be handled by the latter.

However, if it comes to music artists, I guess it's another issue.

Music artist is definitely a bit of a different boat to deal with.
