Out of curiosity I looked up how many words there are using a quick dictionary tool search.

...I hope you're ready for this thread to go for several thousand more replies :P

EDIT- couldn't find any words using every letter but I found a bunch that were 12 and several using 13. I think my favorite of these long ones was "hantaviruses" haha
