Sent fixes to Snorestop.

Took all the suggestions from the notes and additionally fixed up some minor sync errors and layering inconsistencies. It's still pretty "freeform" but it should feel a bit cleaner now.
Most importantly I added a tiny layering of the bass in the quiet part of the ending - just like 8 notes, nothing that changes the difficulty at all. I'd love feedback if that improved the section or not; I think it does but I'll gladly revert it if judges feel otherwise.


That should be final updates for all of my files that were judged (unless some additional errors are pointed out)
