I'm just assuming "trans rights uwu" is simply an attempt to reach a voter base that is (unfortunately) heavily influenced by memes. Hard to read much out of the status in the picture but Gravel has been pretty unwavering in this current campaign regarding his support for trans people and trans people specifically (calling out Bernie of all people for his oversight in assuming "trans rights" falls under "gay rights")
