Q - Quit level and go to level select

LEVEL SELECT ADDED (even tho level 2 is basically level 1 right now)
The level select screen is very basic right now, just proof that it works
The time trial no longer ends on death
Winning the level no longer resets the level, instead going to the level select screen
Reworked game over - resets player's hp and lives after going back to the level select
Tyrone now suffers knockback when damaged.

Simple level select graphics
LEVEL
Optimized a bit by taking out some objects that didnt need to be there
removed a coin from the little column between the two floating platforms
level 2 is level 1 without hearts checkpoints, or coins. This is only temporary of course

Level 1 is named Wide Falls. I know that's stupid deal with it
