I've seen and had very little success with AP Sion on dominion. However, I'm somewhere around ~66% with AD Sion. He's...just a lot better on dominion.
He's very much unstoppable if the game goes to the 20 minute mark, unless they have something like Alistar, Veigar, Malzahar...even Amumu and Leblanc are annoying, but I don't see those champions very often, so I stomp away. 8)
His ult is just up too frequently, which makes him way too strong in small skirmishes which happen all the time on dominion, to not take advantage of.
