All of the templates need 1.5 million users bumped up to 1.8 million users.

Edit: Also as E-mail is only one function of contact, we should also try and add a few others. When I send permission requests I link to my profile for the site / method I am using to contact them, one of my e-mails, and I link them to my FFR profile just in case. Though that last one might not be the best idea sometimes ect.

Just throwing that out.
