Each player only needs to submit one score, but each team may only submit one Slot 1 song and one Slot 2 song, regardless of division. That way, a team can tailor their submissions to their strengths.
Scenario A:
Ines y Miguel son team partners in le FFR team tournament du TSR. Ines and Miguel are both in division 4. Ines sucks total ass at Suit Up but is pretty great at Relic Expedition Inanotherstar. Miguel is total ass at Relic Expedition Inanotherstar, but is amzng @ Suit Up. Miguel plays Suit Up and Ines plays Relic Expedition Inanotherstar. Both players contributed and avoided the total dumpster fire that would have been each others' bad scores.
Scenario B:
Rafael y Gustavo son partners in le FFR tournament du TSR. Rafael is in D3 and Gustavo is in D5.5. Rafael isn't very good at Dragon Slayer, but Gustavo is like a total ass-kicker at We Are The Vampires, and let's be honest.. a complete retard at the patterns in Laplace. Rafael is pretty good at Badinerie, but he has to play Dragon Slayer because Gustavo laid down the law on We Are The Vampires and two slot 2 songs aren't allowed. Damage minimized, still a pretty good submission.
Scenario C:
Jim and Bob are partners. They both suck at all their songs. They submit two scores and take a double hit instead of a quadruple hit.
