Thanks for the advice people.
If you have any more advice for me, here's everything relevant about me.
Played for only about 12 months, most of the time since I signed up was when I was inactive.
I play spread - with right hand on right/up arrow keys (right index/middle) and left hand on z/x keys (left index/left middle) I have about 4500 gameplays in that mode, since I switched from one handed.
I seem to do great on songs where I can either really get into the music, or have a very steady rhythm, even if they have bursts of fast notes. (Guitar vs. Piano and Szamar Madar and Driveway (Heavy) are examples.
I seem to suck at the rhythms of 3 (eighth for faster) notes, and then 1 blank spot, before 3 more of the same. I think it's {Firestorm} that's full of those. And somewhat just random rhythms. I.E.: ( up - left - right - - down - right - up - - up - left - down - etc... faster than about 100bpm)
I also just can't read half the FGO songs to see the patterns.
