Edit: I know I used to preach that 70 percent of your body weight is what your body needs but I’m inclined to believe that it’s even less than that.

I've read different things from different places with some saying that .36 is enough but I'm on a 1kcal deficit and am fairly active. I'm trying not to have my carbs take up more than 40% of my calories too.
