1) I guess level admins prefer the steps with many jumps.
This is a finger game, jumps are basically okay. see BM2DX or pop'n.
2) Those are just meant to be bad.
3) Yea, actually not many people can sync inconsistent BPM song properly.
4) Not really a problem, most of recent files are index-biased.
