Well, there are alot of passionate people like the devs who would and if i were the owner would fork out some personal funds to advertise here and thier if it meant making the game more populated

Yeah non-profit site means a website not making revenue, but does this mean they aren't allowed to promote their website with personal income they made with other means aka ( not generated from ffr.com) This is what im wondering and people "TheSaxRunner05", doesn't seem to get that im asking this.
