I started watching Survivor toward the end of All Stars, and have seen many of the seasons after that one. Even from then I know what you mean about Jeff having such a different voice and demeanor. I have been meaning to watch the earlier seasons, but so far have only seen the Amazon, which does not age so well in terms of themes I think, and Thailand, which...did not have the most likable set of people unfortunately. You make the characters on the first season, sound very interesting. I would like to see where you go with this.

The first season is an outlier, a lot of older seasons don't hold up as well for me. I think that's because it has the charm and innocence of being first.
