Passage D and Belly Dance were charted to emphasize a specific aspect of the song. For Belly Dance one chart is specifically vocals and the other is specifically the sweet music. It's not meant to be harder, just different than the other chart. For Passage D, Medium is only the piano, Hard is only percussion.
