I have a theory that the game runs better if you don't move the receptors from their default location.
I had a lot more success with the game overall doing that.
I also play on 60 framerate with the 1.0.1 OT Engine.
I also use a lower note scale like 80% and resize my window to make the game about as big as 100%.
It helps me with reading somehow.

This is probably my best session this year.
