I go out like 2-3 times a week to gay bars, being extremely gay. It has never once popped into my head that someone could/would come into a gay bar maliciously... it is the one place where we can go that we don't have to feel judged, at least for being gay there is still a lot of judging going on...

all jokes aside it is awful that a hate crime could escalate to this amount of destruction. I have no encouraging words to say right now. =/
