I'm afraid without a clear example on what's wrong, I'm not too sure what you mean by this. The only inconsistency I see looking the following section over is missing jumps on the hi-hat crashes on 78.666 and 80.166, which is stepped as a jump on 82.666. I guess I can also make it more pitch relevant. If you have further advice, please let me know.

I did think about this while making the chart but felt out of my depth with the layering here so I didn't attempt it. If someone else wants to, be my guest.
