I checked the site on the 10th, which was two days after the sign-up period. I figured the tourney would be around October, which is the time it was for the 10th tourney, and that it wouldn't be for some time anyways since to my knowledge it takes many months to review normal batches and tourney batches are bigger.

how hard is it to check a website more often than once a month?
