Since September 2016, I've lost about 55lb. I'm sitting between 110/115lb, which is still 10/15lbs more than when I started gaining weight in 2012--but eyyy! I can now pass one ITG 15 and I'm usually chillin' in the 13's and 14's now. ITG was definitely my main form of exercise. Coupled with keeping track of what I ate for a while--but now I just actually eat a reasonable amount without having to track my intake. LIFE. IS. GOOD. My clothes fit me again ^^ I even was able to fit into the "Belle" inspired dress I sewed 6.5 years ago to wear to Disney cosplay night at the place I play ITG (I swear, everytime I go there in non workout clothes I feel SO out of place!)
I actually have some before/after photos I kind of want to post but they're a bit too revealing hmm.
