I very much do think early game wolves are going to want the vigi to help thin out town. I know Phil says I'm wrong but if I were in the position that's what I'd do. If we move away from that another reason would be after all the talk last phase I think they'd assume the medic would be on boomer making it a waste to place the nk there.
