hey guys

Okay so, turns out this things isn't FFR based; so it's not FFR's fault~ I think
So far it's happened on FFR and... uh.. Tumblr. Not sure why...
I would very much appreciate someone to help determine wtf this is. Or try--

But, it really doesn't effect anything. It just stays there until I scroll down, usually. Rarely will it not let me view the page at all..
