Yep. Vertex Beta and Strangeprogram are pretty tame charts today but they were riddled with artificial difficulty due to having less perfect frames making them high FGO's at the time. Pants was absolutely dumb to score on when it came out for this reason too and would've been like adding a 94-95 to the game.
