The obvious file to compare this to is Ambient Angels. Both have fairly forgiving patterns, and the jumpstream parts are very similar in density to Ambient Angels.
While the JS section is slightly shorter than in Ambient Angels, All Y'all Bitches has an even denser spike at the end.
I would be fine with this as a very low 11.
