is it possible to have songs on higher rates count in the levelranks?

for example if i AAA strangeprogram on 1.2 rate, having it show up as a AAA on 1.0 rate

but not lower rates (anything below 1.0 doesn't count in levelranks)

let me know if this is a possibility l0l
